Listing Policy

Effective Date: May 13, 2026  ·  Applies to all directories operated under the Smart Directories platform by Biz Hero Plus LLC

1. Purpose of This Policy

Smart Directories is a platform of independent local business directories operated by Biz Hero Plus LLC. Each directory serves businesses located at or near a specific commercial address or area. This Listing Policy governs the creation, maintenance, and removal of business listings across all Smart Directories properties. By claiming or maintaining a listing, you agree to this policy.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a listing on any Smart Directories property, a business must:

• Be a legitimate, operating business located at or adjacent to the commercial complex or area served by the directory
• Provide accurate and verifiable business information
• Be legally registered to operate in the applicable state and jurisdiction
• Not be engaged in any unlawful activity

3. Listing Tiers

Each Smart Directories property offers two listing tiers:

• Free Listing: Available at no cost to all eligible businesses. Includes business name, category, address, phone, hours, website link, up to 3 photos, Google Maps embed, and live Google rating display.
• Professional Listing ($17/month): Includes all Free features plus priority placement above free listings, featured spotlight rotation, up to 9 photos, a direct inquiry form, a dedicated listing page, and priority support.

Biz Hero Plus reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days advance notice to active Professional subscribers.

4. Accuracy of Information

Business owners are responsible for ensuring their listing information is accurate and up to date. This includes business name, address, phone number, hours of operation, website URL, and any photos submitted. Biz Hero Plus is not responsible for inaccurate information submitted by business owners.

If your business information changes — including hours, phone number, or location — you are responsible for updating your listing through the client portal or by contacting us at [email protected].

5. Photo and Content Standards

All photos and content submitted for inclusion in a listing must:

• Be owned by the submitting business or be royalty-free images the business has the right to use
• Accurately represent the business, its products, or its services
• Not contain explicit, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, trademark, or copyright rights

Biz Hero Plus reserves the right to remove any photos or content that violate these standards without notice.

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited in any listing:

• False, misleading, or deceptive business information
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Spam or promotional content unrelated to the listed business
• Personal attacks, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Competitor disparagement
• Content promoting illegal products or services
• Unauthorized use of trademarks, brand names, or registered logos belonging to third parties

7. Unclaimed Listings

Biz Hero Plus may create basic placeholder listings for businesses operating at a directory's service area using publicly available information. These unclaimed listings exist to provide a complete directory experience for visitors and to help local customers find businesses in their area.

Unclaimed listings contain only publicly available information and are clearly marked as unclaimed. They do not imply any endorsement, business relationship, or affiliation with Biz Hero Plus. Business owners are encouraged to claim their listing at no cost to control and enhance their information.

If you are a verified business owner and wish to have an unclaimed listing removed, please see Section 8.

8. Listing Removal

A listing may be removed from a Smart Directories property under the following circumstances:

• The business has permanently closed or relocated outside the eligible service area
• The verified business owner requests removal in writing
• The listing violates this policy or applicable law
• The Professional listing subscription lapses and the business has not claimed a free listing
• The business cannot be verified as operating at the listed address

To request removal of your listing, contact us at [email protected] with your business name and verification details. Removal requests are processed within 2 business days.

9. Professional Listing Subscription Terms

• Professional listings are billed monthly at $17/month per directory location.
• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the self-serve client portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
• Upon cancellation, the listing reverts to Free tier status and is not removed.
• Biz Hero Plus reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Professional listing for violation of this policy without refund.

10. Independence Disclaimer

Each Smart Directories property is an independently operated business directory published by Biz Hero Plus LLC. No Smart Directories property is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any property management company, homeowners association, commercial complex operator, or government entity.

Business information displayed in unclaimed listings is sourced from publicly available records including Google Business Profiles, public databases, and other publicly accessible sources. Biz Hero Plus LLC makes no representations on behalf of any property owner, manager, or association.

All directory names, complex names, and address references used within Smart Directories properties are used for geographic identification purposes only and do not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or licensing from any trademark holder, property owner, or commercial operator.

11. Modifications to This Policy

Biz Hero Plus reserves the right to modify this Listing Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of a listing following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes affecting Professional subscribers will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days advance notice.

Cross-References

This Listing Policy is a product-specific policy that supplements our master Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Listing Policy and the master policies, the master policies prevail except where this Listing Policy is more specific.
