The terms governing your use of Biz Hero Plus products and services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Biz Hero Plus LLC ("Biz Hero Plus," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using any website, product, or service operated by Biz Hero Plus LLC ("Services"), submitting any form on our websites, providing your contact information, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services or submit any forms.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive messages related to your account, service confirmations, appointment reminders, transactional updates, and, if you have provided marketing consent, information about our products and services.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

By submitting any form on our websites and checking the applicable email marketing consent checkbox, you consent to receive email communications from Biz Hero Plus LLC. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails related to your account or service may still be sent following marketing opt-out.
Some of our Services are offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Biz Hero Plus LLC (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis at the rate stated at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
You may cancel a subscription at any time via your customer portal or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no further charges will be made after cancellation. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.
If you submit content to our Services — including business information, photos, logos, descriptions, or any other material — you represent and warrant that:
By submitting content, you grant Biz Hero Plus LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within our Services for as long as your account or listing is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for archival and legal purposes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any user content that violates these Terms or is otherwise determined to be inappropriate, without prior notice.

The design, layout, code, branding, and original content of our Services are the property of Biz Hero Plus LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our Services without our express written permission, except as expressly permitted in these Terms.
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors, hosting providers, communication platforms, and analytics tools). Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy. Biz Hero Plus LLC is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party service.
Biz Hero Plus LLC is an independent business. Our Services do not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or connection to any property management company, commercial complex operator, homeowners association, trademark holder, or other third party unless expressly stated in writing.
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Biz Hero Plus LLC does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that they will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Biz Hero Plus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biz Hero Plus LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall so survive.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our websites. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
